We understand that welcoming people into your home can be a vulnerable thing and we don't take it lightly.

Ensuring that you feel safe and comfortable with whoever is entering your home and performing your cleaning is a top priority for us.

All of our cleaners are experienced professionals who have gone through diligent screening and criminal background checks.

What much does it cost?

Our cleaning packages are priced based on the size of your home (including the number of bedrooms and bathrooms) along with the time it takes us to complete the job to the high standards you deserve.

Do you bring your own supplies, products, and equipment?

Yes! Our cleaners are equipped with everything they need to perform the services you've booked.

If you'd like us to use your products please let us know in the booking process to discuss.

Miscellaneous

What is not included in your available cleaning services?

The following are services that we do not offer at Westshore Clean;

❌ Performing our services while other services are being performed in or around the home (plumbing, painting, construction, etc.)

❌ No lifting or moving of heavy items (refrigerator, stove, tables, etc.)

❌ No moving of delicate items such as vases, hung pictures.

❌ Placing dishes in cupboards. (We don’t want to break anything.)

❌ Cleaning any item or area that cannot be safely reached using a 2-step stool.

❌ Excessive pet hair removal from upholstery.

❌ Cleaning exterior windows. (Interior windows can be cleaned for an additional fee)

❌ Cleaning blinds beyond dusting. (We have found that they are easily bent or damaged if anything beyond dusting is attempted.)

❌ Removing strong odours (mould, animal waste, smoke, etc.)

❌ Cleaning inside dishwashers and washing machines. (Inside the Refrigerator and/ or Microwave can done for an additional fee.)

❌ Cleaning light bulbs.

❌ Removing excess paint from surfaces.

❌ Deep carpet/floor cleaning (steam cleaning, polishing, waxing, etc.)

❌ Heavy marks/stains on walls, baseboards, other painted surfaces.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept cash or e-transfer as payment methods;
however, we plan to start accepting debit, and all major credit cards online or in-person soon!

When is payment due?

We require payment for 50% of your booked services prior to or at the time of your scheduled booking.

The remaining 50% is due within 72 hours of the completed service.

Late payments may be subject to a late payment fee as per our terms of service.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes we do!

Westshore Clean will give you a 10% discount when you refer someone who books and has a service completed by our team.

Your 10% discount will be applied to your next clean after your refferals service has been completed.
